Design & Build in Northampton for W&L
W&L have secured and design and build contract for American company Paperchase.
Their newly built 140,000sq ft warehouse in Thrapston needed to be fitted out and W&L were awarded this contract based on their previous experience and ability to carry out full M&E design in house.
This is a very fast track contract with a programme of just 12 weeks including design and W&L’s ability to hit these dealines was yet another reason for our appointment.
Building work will also be under the control of W&L and this will be carried out by arc Construction.

Tony Allen has joined the engineering team at W&L installations. Tony joins us from hills electrical where he headed up the team for Contracts at BT and the Bank of England.
