Description Of Works :
W&L Installations were appointed by Modus to carry out the installation of a complete new lighting system of Breakspear Park, formally BP Headquarters. Over 2500 bespoke luminaires were installed using latest T5 fluorescent lamp technology.
We also had installed a new fire alarm infrastructure as well as digital BMS metering.
There were no power requirements only a number of cleaners sockets on each floor.
