Description Of Works :
W&L were contracted to carry out the complete M&E fit out to this project.
Fuel Cell is located in the Royal School of mines and the contract was to install a Mezzanine floor and creating a new plant room, 2 X Fuel Cell labs, MAS Spectrometre Lab and a General Laboratory.
Mechanically this included a fume extracts system, Heating & Ventilation, Specialist gases and water, Air Conditioning, M&E control system and full BMS to operate with the existing college system.
Electrically we installed a new architectural lighting system, small power new power distribution power to fume cupboards, access control as well as fire alarm and data.
This project was completed on time and within budget.
