Description Of Works :
W&L were contracted by Russell Cawberry to carry out the complete M&E installation for this product at Imperial Collage London.
Small power, Fire alarm and access control were part of the electrical work as well as a fully dimmable lighting installation that is controlled by the college BMS & Interfaced with the client AV system, W&L also installed and commissioned data for this project.
Mechanical consisted of gas, fresh air and vent system, full air conditioning as well as hot and cold domestic services.
This project was completed within the 12 week programme allowing the client to transfer all stock to their new warehouse.
