W&L were contracted to carry out the complete M&E fit out to this project.

Fuel Cell is located in the Royal School of Mines and the contract was construction of a Mezzanine floor creating a new plant room, 2 X Fuel Cell labs, MAS Spectrometre Lab and a General Laboratory.

Mechanically this included fume extracts system, Heating & Ventilation, Specialist gases domestic water & waste services, Air Conditioning, M&E control system and full BMS to operate with the existing college system.

Electrically we installed a new architectural lighting system, small power, new power distribution system, access control as well as fire alarm and data.

This project was completed on time and within budget.
